what happened in Vegas..

August 7, 2012

A’int stayin in Vegas..
I am gonna re-cap it with you lovers, just in case you care!
Here is the run-down…
I went to Vegas mainly to shop for clients and the ,
but ended up mainly just acting like a silly goose with  and dreaming about winning it all on the 5 cent slots!
When I did work here is what it looked like.
I found this chair….It will be mine (well a lucky clients, technically)
These are perf for a Massive Master Bedroom I am working on….

Loving this affordable art and the bright blue birdies!

golden nugget light drops…sure!
The most knock out table ever?…..I think YES indeed

blurry starburst…trust me, it was la la la la la la bomba
arty dots

Gothic hanger theres

quatrefoil mirror for a clients bedroom…perf

Dining chairs…beyond amaze
headboard in a little girls room!!!

And all this only skimmed the surface….
I couldn’t handle much of anything…
So I left overwhelmed and went to the pool
where  and I got roofied and it was a blast.

But we ate some stolen breadsticks and got our act together ..
…so that we could join the lovely and talented  for dinner
See look at how talented Mrs Betsy Is!

Then I gambled into the wee hours of the night with my trusty sidekick Katie and a new friend we met gambling that I lovingly dubbed
“The Barnacle”
She was missing teeth, smoked like a chimney, probably had a prescription drug problem, but had a real heart of gold…. salt of the earth type o gal.
More things happened, but mainly I forgot them…..because of the roofy and the barnacle.
  1. I love the long bangs you’ve got goin’ on Amber! PS- I’ve met some “barnacles” in my day, mostly when I waited tables at Red Lobster (yowza!) and loved every one. Meeting strangers in Vegas is also one of the best things on the planet!

  2. What a brilliant choice of designs, especially the red color combination of table and chair including walls are creating an extreme romantic expressions. In other pictures the choice of colors is vary brilliant.

  3. I love the gold drop lights and the printed chair (I am obsessed with mixing prints). I enjoy watching design shows because I like to see how designers pick their pieces. Thanks for sharing. Your blog is fun!

  4. The blog was absolutely fantastic! Lots of great information and inspiration, both of which we all need!b Keep ’em coming… you all do such a great job at such Concepts… can’t tell you how much I, for one appreciate all you do!
