Just Some Thoughts: Earth Day

April 22, 2018

I LOVE CALIFORNIA. I thiiiiink you already knew that… but I love it so much because it’s the most beautiful place in the world and it’s home. I mean, have ya seeeen the beaches?

But guess what you guys… our planet is LITERALLY being destroyed. It’s Earth Day on Sunday and I think it’s sooooo important that we all do our small part to SAVE the planet. I want my sweet Gwynnie to grow up and see and live with all the beautiful things that exist today.

This is just one tiny thing you can do, but these are all eco-friendly products that I’ve been loving and that are super easy to incorporate into your day…… so COME ON people! Let’s all get to using these reusable bags and containers, metal straws (buh-bye plastic), water pitchers…. You name it!! And then of course, you can also hang up gorgeous prints by talented photographers to remind ya of beeeeeeautiful mother earth.

Like I said, it’s a small thing. But imagine if we all do our part….

Anyway, HAPPY EARTH DAY! I’m spending the rest of my day outside because… it’s just tooooooo GD pretty out there.  1. , $10

  1. I love all of these finds! Those photos are gorgeous! I have the straws and they are awesome and so is the bamboo toothbrush! My favorite way to help the environment is to pick up trash that I see outside or when we are hiking. 🙂

  2. Thanks for posting! Mother Earth is our source of happiness and wellbeing. Happy to see that you’re taking the time to acknowledge how special Earth Day is 🙂

  3. You’re absolutely right – everybody should try to do their bit, which then makes for a significant collective contribution. There’s all sorts of ways to do our bit to preserve this wonderful planet, but certainly one of the best initiatives in recent years here in the UK has been charging for plastic bags in shops, which has cut the use of these by approximately 90%. Fantastic for the environment and it’s certainly encouraged me to think again about using materials and to try to avoid waste.

  4. That’s an amazing work Amber, thanks for the great share with finest and eye appealing photographs. The design is fabulous, I really loved the idea of placing the cactus near the chair. The best way to contribute Earth’s Day.
